The articles on our website include one color print and include set-up costs for the print. But you can also order without print or with multi-colour print from us at other conditions. Call or e-mail us and we will be happy to help you with information about our products and the imprint.
You can easily order from us by e-mail, telephone or online. After this your order will always be confirmed by us in writing via e-mail.

Order a sample product
To make your choice for the right promotional item easier, you can order a sample from us. You can request this from us by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org
An example of the product will be sent to you and you will receive an invoice.
The product meets your requirements and you proceed to the total order, then the costs of the sample product will be deducted from your total invoice. In case the product does not comply, we ask you to pay the costs of the example product. And if you wish, we will offer you an alternative product that better suits your purpose. No hidden extra costs, excluding shipping costs and excluding VAT
On the ID Produkten website we offer products including the costs of printing in 1 color on the product and including the associated set-up costs for the printing. It is of course possible to order the product without printing or with multi-colour printing under different conditions.
If your order has an order value above € 200.00 excluding VAT, we will ship your order free of charge to one address in the Netherlands.
All mentioned product prices are exclusive of VAT, in digital media and printed matter such as on our website, in catalogs and product sheets and stated in the Euro currency.
We work with a minimum order quantity and this quantity differs per product, in the product details you can find the minimum order quantity for the relevant product.
Invoice and payment
When you place an order with us via the website, we ask you to create an account and enter your customer details. If you order by telephone or e-mail, we will create a customer account for you. You will receive an overview of your ordered items via e-mail and you will receive an e-mail from us with the payment details. We would like to receive the amount to be paid by you to the bank account number as stated in the e-mail.
Once we have received your payment, your order will be put into production immediately.

Logo or text for printing and proofing
You can upload the logo or your text via the ID Products website. It is also possible to send us your logo by e-mail. This can be sent to the e-mail address: email@example.com
You will receive a digital proof from us for checking and approval. After your approval, your order will go into production. Your control and approval of the proof is important because we cannot take back and credit printed items.
Due to unexpected circumstances, you may want to cancel the order. We ask you to cancel your order in writing by e-mail or letter. We will then send you an invoice about the costs incurred for your order.
